Our Story
Hi there! We’re Jake and Andrea—your friendly neighborhood vacation rental dream team. We got married on October 20th, 2024, and instead of kicking back on a honeymoon, we dove headfirst into building Casa Bella Management. (Yes, we really do talk about spreadsheets and guest check-ins over dinner.)
Jake’s a local REALTOR® with a talent for spotting great homes and helping people feel right at home. Andrea’s a licensed accountant who genuinely enjoys organizing systems, balancing books, and making sure every detail runs smoothly—right down to the last pillow fluff.
Together, we set out to raise the bar for vacation rentals in Volusia County. We believe in professional service with a personal touch, treating every home like our own and every guest like family. You’re never just another number on a spreadsheet to us—we take the time to get to know our clients and guests, because genuine relationships are what make this business meaningful.
We love our home base in New Smyrna Beach—from the salty air and coastal charm to the tacos and friendly neighbors. When we’re not managing properties, you’ll find us attempting to surf (with mixed results), tracking down the best food in town, or tackling DIY projects that sometimes turn into “call-a-pro” situations. (Jake + paint roller = chaos. Andrea + ladder = hard no.)
Oh—and if you’ve stumbled across our social media, yes, that’s Andrea behind the camera (and all the reels, posts, and captions), and Jake doing his best to go along with it. He’s become surprisingly good at pointing at text bubbles.
